With the colleagues from Sandra's work we spend a day in Noorden. Organised by Hans, Peter, Irene, we set out on a kayaking expedition through the marshes. We stopped and had some lunch in a field (under the supervision of the cows) and then headed back to the town. The weather was a bit rainy but by the time we arrived back the sun came out and the rest of the afternoon was nice. We went back to Hans and Michel's house for a BBQ and some drinks, and finished up the evening dancing to salsa, disco and old Dutch folk songs.
